Choosing a Tanzania safari tour operator in Arusha
Because the people planning your trip are the people running it. An agent abroad often passes the booking to a local operator anyway and adds a margin on top. Booking with us directly, you talk to the team that chooses your camps, briefs your guide and picks up the phone if something changes on the day. A good agent at home can still be worth it if you want flights and everything else handled in one place.
Ask for their tourism licence and association registration numbers, and check that the quote names who actually runs the trip. Ours appear on every quote and invoice, and we send them the same day you ask. Pay a deposit, not the full amount, until you have that in writing: we take 30% to confirm and the balance sixty days before arrival.
